How hotel delivery works

Pick your date and rental length, tell us where you are staying, and choose a delivery window. We arrive with fully charged bikes, meet you in the lobby, driveway or garage, adjust each bike to its rider, fit helmets, and walk you through the controls and the safest way out of the property. When your rental ends we come back to the same spot and take everything away.

Concierges love it because there is no clutter and no confusion, and guests love it because the bikes are ready the moment they want to ride. If your building has a bike room or a preferred loading area, tell us and we will use it.

Our delivery area

Delivery and pickup are free within 3 miles of Las Olas Blvd, which covers the beach hotels, downtown, Rio Vista, Victoria Park, Flagler Village, Harbor Beach and most of the Intracoastal condos. We also deliver free within 3 miles of Commercial Blvd in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, which covers the village, Pompano Beach south and Sea Ranch Lakes.

Staying outside those circles — Wilton Manors, Coral Ridge, Hollywood, Dania Beach or further north? Call us. We can usually still make it work for a small trip fee or by meeting you at a convenient point along the way.

Perfect for hotels, condos and cruise days

We deliver to beachfront resorts, boutique hotels on Las Olas, high-rise condos on the Intracoastal, Airbnbs in the residential neighbourhoods, and yachts and marinas where guests want bikes on the dock. Cruise passengers with a day in port are a big part of what we do: we time the drop-off to your terminal schedule so nobody wastes an hour of shore leave.

Corporate visitors and conference groups use the same service to give a whole team bikes for an evening. Tell us the numbers and we will handle the logistics.

What arrives with the van

Each rider gets a premium Aventon pedal-assist e-bike, a SMITH MIPS helmet, a heavy-duty lock and a phone mount, and each bike carries a GPS tracker. Rentals start at $65 for up to 4 hours and $108 for 24 hours, running up to six days with a better daily rate. Our support van stays on call while you ride, so a puncture or a flat battery is a phone call rather than a ruined afternoon.
