What makes a private tour different

On a shared tour the clock matters. On a private tour it does not. If you want to spend twenty minutes photographing the yachts from the causeway bridge, that is the plan. If you would rather skip downtown and spend the whole ride on the sand and the canals, we do that instead. Your guide is yours for the ride, which changes the conversation completely — it becomes a local showing friends around rather than a presentation.

This is the option guests pick for anniversaries, proposals, birthdays, first days of a honeymoon, and for anyone who simply does not enjoy group activities. It is also the best choice for photographers and for visitors who want serious local knowledge rather than the highlights reel.

Routes we can build

The classic loop takes in Las Olas Blvd, the Stranahan House, the Riverwalk along the New River, the quiet canal streets of Rio Vista, the 17th Street Causeway bridge and the beachfront path. From there we can extend north to Hugh Taylor Birch State Park and the Bonnet House, south towards Port Everglades and the harbour, or inland to Flagler Village and the murals.

A food-and-drink version stops at the places locals actually go, from a riverside institution to a hidden-in-plain-sight beach bar. A sunset version times the causeway bridge for the exact moment the light goes gold over the Intracoastal. Tell us which version sounds like your kind of evening.

What is included

Two premium Aventon pedal-assist e-bikes set up for your height, SMITH MIPS helmets, a full safety and controls briefing, and your private guide. We can meet you at Colee Hammock Park like our public tours, or start from your hotel or condo if you are inside the delivery area. Water and a couple of genuinely good restaurant recommendations come as standard.

Booking a private ride

Private tours are limited each day because they take a guide out of the rotation, so the more notice you give us the more flexible we can be — especially for sunset slots in high season. Book online for the standard two-rider private tour at $300, and add a note about anything you want the ride to include.

If a private guide is more than you need, the small-group guided tour runs daily with a maximum of eight riders, and a straight rental lets you ride the same streets on your own schedule.
