Meeting point and how it works

Our Lauderdale-by-the-Sea meeting point is Aruba Beach Cafe at 1 Commercial Blvd, right where the road meets the sand and a two-minute walk from Anglin's Fishing Pier. Book your time slot, walk down, and we will be there with the bikes. Helmet fit, seat height, a quick briefing on the pedal assist levels and the safest way onto A1A, then you are riding.

It could not be simpler for visitors staying in the village: no car, no parking meter, no shuttle. If you are staying in a hotel or condo nearby, ask us about delivering to the door instead.

Where to ride from Commercial Blvd

Head south on A1A and the ride takes you past the low-rise hotels of LBTS, through Birch State Park, along the Fort Lauderdale beachfront wave wall and down to Las Olas Beach — a beautiful stretch with the Atlantic beside you nearly the whole way. Head north instead and you roll through Pompano Beach with fewer people, wider sand and a pier at the end.

Turn inland and the streets between A1A and the Intracoastal are quiet, shaded and flat, which makes them ideal for a relaxed loop with kids. Pedal assist means you can do the full LBTS-to-Las-Olas run and back without regretting it, and still have battery in reserve for a detour to dinner.

What is included and what it costs

Every rental includes a premium Aventon pedal-assist e-bike, a SMITH MIPS helmet, a heavy-duty lock so you can stop for lunch or a swim, a phone mount, and a GPS tracker on the bike. A short ride is $65 per bike for up to 4 hours; a 24-hour rental is $108 and lets you catch both sunrise on the pier and sunset over the Intracoastal. Multi-day rentals run up to six days with a better daily rate.

Our support van covers the coast while you are out. Puncture, battery worry, seat adjustment, or a rider who has had enough — call us and we come to you. That is why our riders keep coming back rather than renting from a rack.

Snorkel, eat, ride, repeat

Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is one of the only places in the United States where you can swim out from a public beach onto a natural reef. Lock the bike at the pier, snorkel for an hour, eat on Commercial Blvd, then ride the coast road as the light drops. That is a better day than most planned itineraries.
